Hewlett-Packard Pavilion 7966

Mark: Very good

System is 1.7ghz, 512M RAM, nVidia video system, USB Mouse and Keyboard, integrated audio and ethernet on the motherboard. eCS 1.0 installed fine, but initially I could not get the sound card or the on-board ethernet port to work. Resetting the BIOS configuration to NOT automatically detect the mouse solved the sound problem - Sound Max audio drivers can be obtained from hobbes. I never did the get on-board ethernet port to work, but a cheap Linksys PCI NIC works just fine.
