ASUS A7N8X-E DeLuxe
Mark: Very good This is a very good motherboard.
- Almost everything works fine,
but firewire (no OS/2 drivers) and
wi-fi (never tested, because requires add-on board).
- nVidia integrated audio works with UniAud
(but I never used it, since I have a SB Live! Digital 5.1,
which runs with SBlive0.8.1 driver) and
- nVidia integrated network is reported to work with GenMac.
- The GigaBit Ethernet (Mavell Yukon) works perfectly with
this
driver and
- IDE works ok with standard drivers. SATA IDE needs DANIS506
drivers (I was not able to make CDROM work with 1.8.0 and later, but older
versions work well).
- USB ports work well with latest USB drivers (those
that come with eComStation 2.0, for example), at least for mass storage
devices.
