A) eCo Labs International: part of the projects will be available for european/american
developers.
(eCo Labs - is a laboratory of design and development of software for eCS).
B) APeCS - Catalogue of software.
To activate the catalogue, we added icons and screenshots to the records.
(the users don't like "dry" text)
