Если рамочка (WC_STATIC / SS_GROUP) находится по Z-порядку выше, чем контейнер (WC_CONTAINER), то та часть контейнера, которая находится "под" рамочкой (т.е. занимаемые ими прямоугольники пересекаются) превращается в "мёртвую зону", которая, по крайней мере, не перерисовывается, а возможно, и вообще никаких событий не получает. С другими компонентами такого поведения не замечено, они нормально работают даже "под" рамочкой ("просвечивают" сквозь неё) (thx cat, 20080929)
