Successfully install of eCS beta 4 & RC1 o 2. (Use compability mode for harddrive). ECS did not recognize processor as dual core by itself, but after manual install of acpi and smp kernel, all works.(psd=acpi.psd /smp /nod). SNAP supports graphic card, Intelо GMA950, but desktop gets unfortunately \"outside\" screen. I tested recommended tricks, but no success. Luckily Panorama works great (of course with lower performance than SNAP, but yet very good). Soundcard is not recognized during install but uniaud works good, but is sometime unstable. Network card, intel 3945 abg, works with Genmac (and wlan-monitor). USB works. Not thorougly tested but seems to work really good. Modem, pccard and so on has not been tested.

I noticed that I've written that RC2 is tested, but as a matter of fact I've only tested beta4 and RC1. Now when testing RC2, system stops at second boot up and says it can't manage harddrive. I will report that when bugreport for RC2 is opened.

Update: Installation of eCS RC3 is flawless. Just had to add SMP-kernel afterwords.

I've been waiting with the install of RC3 due to reports of problems, but couldn't resist longer. To my happiness the install process was absolutely flawless. Both wlan and gigabitcard was detected and installed with genmacwrapper (gigabit was not detected in previous release). Intel 3945 abg worked out of the box,I,m writing from that very system now. I choosed Panorama as I knew SNAP didn't support the widescreen very well. Only thing I had to add was SMP-kernel which was disconered by ACPI-wizard after install. Now that works also, both cores. Great!
