Toshiba -- Satellite A100 (Core 2 Duo)

Toshiba A100-811 PSAA8E-0YT02DRU
- Works in SMP mode with ACPI.PSD 2.18.
- Video Intel 945 work in accelerated mode but desktop is larger than screen, so using VESA driver.
- Sound: Uniaud
- WiFi 3945 doesn't work
- Intel etherexpress 100 - works fine
- Usb - works fine
- ACPI APM works;
- no ACPI events
